The Tripartite Alliance for Employment Dispute Management (TADM) is jointly set up by the tripartite partners: The Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) to help employees and employers manage their employment disputes.

Every year, there are about 10,000 employment disputes registered with TADM for mediation. The Invitation to Tender was to implement an online platform to facilitate Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) to provide an alternative to physical in-person mediation services conducted within TADM.
